• Counsel for Early Stage Partners, L.P., a Cleveland-based venture capital fund, in connection with numerous portfolio investment transactions, including Imalux Corporation, Simbionix USA Corporation, TelSource Corporation, Unitask, Inc., and Secure Interiors, Inc.
• Negotiated and structured private investments on behalf of Primus Venture Partners,a Cleveland-based venture capital fund, including CBG Telecommunications, NextMed, Realogic, American Augers, and Medhost.
• Founding counsel to WestCap Partners (a Phoenix-based private equity fund) and structuring and negotiation of its numerous investments in California and Arizona.
• Negotiated and structured private investment for Draper Triangle Ventures, the regional arm of the national venture capital group Draper, Fisher, Jurvetson .
• Founding counsel for Mutual Capital Partners, a venture capital fund formed in Cleveland in 2004.
