We assist in forming partnerships and joint ventures with strategic partners, expanding sales through national and international distribution arrangements, and complex intellectual property licenses. Mergers and Acquisitions.
Our merger and acquisition practice is sophisticated and varies from direct acquisitions, to complex recapitalizations, as well as unique equity investments structured as licensing and financial commitments. These transactions move quickly and we offer prompt guidance on tax, labor, litigation, or bankruptcy and creditor's rights issues that may arise. We also have extensive experience representing buyers, sellers, and lenders in the purchase and sale of financially distressed companies.
